Penasco's Rochelle Lopez and Charnelle Gonzales remain just as competitive entering this championship as they look not only for an individual title but also a repeat of their 2021 state championship team title. Santa Rosa's sisters harlee and Alayna Jaramillo also seek to help Santa Rosa out in the final standings while also being potential top-five finishers. Laguna Acoma's Erica Martin finished 3rd on this course at Academy Extravaganza and could duplicate that performance this weekend.
