Rio Rancho Invite 200m (photo by Jaren Brooks)

The girls' sprints have remained stagnant for the most part this past week with a mix of Albuquerque Public Schools not competing and other sprinters taking off for graduations or trying new events. Alamogordo's Justyse Martin improved her spot in the 200m to #4 after winning the Cleveland Invite in 26.40. The 400m is still longing for that first sub-60-second performance of the season as some girls get closer including Rehoboth Christian's Audrey Huizinga passing her sister Anna Huizinga to land the #3 spot on the list. Bloomfield's Typhany Lovato also challenging in that race to land #5 time in the state. Check out below where others rank from the fourth weekend of action in New Mexico.
