Entries:Each team will be allowed to enter up to
three (3) athletes in each event.All entries
will be made on nm.milesplit.com.The meet registration will
remain open until midnight (12:00 pm) on Wednesday March 12, 2025.While this is an early season meet, please be
considerate of the fact that it is a varsity meet. Please enter varsity
level athletes.
The scratch meeting will
be held Friday at 2:30 pm on the bottom floor of the Field house adjacent to
the track.You may scratch athletes, but no athletes will be added.

High, Artesia, Clovis, Eldorado, Hope Christian, Miyamura, Oak Grove, Pine
Hill, Sandia, Valencia, Volcano Vista

Information
Inform your parents and
supporters that we will be charging an entrance fee of $5.00 for everyone over
the age of 12.
All team camps must be set up in the visiting stands
only. (east side)
Warm Ups:
Athletes can utilize the
track infield and grass fields for warm-up.
Check in:
Field events will check in
at the event.All running events will
check in receive hip numbers at the southwest corner of the track.
Weigh-Ins:
All implement weigh-ins
will take place outside of the fieldhouse on the north end of the track.Athletes and coaches can weigh-in equipment
from 2:00-2:45.
Scoring will be
7-5-4-3-2-1 for individuals
10-8-6-4-2-1 for relays
Short spikes or flats will
be required of all contestants.Starting
blocks will be furnished.
The running surface, pole
vault, long jump, and high jump are on an all-weather surface.
Discus and shot put rings
are concrete and the javelin approach is on grass.
Participants are requested
NOT to wear spikes into the metal bleacher area.
The Cleveland High School
administration and athletic department appreciates your participation in this
meet.
In the event we have a large number of competitors in
the throwing events, we may elect to utilize hog lines.If meet management feels hog lines necessary
to run each event in a timely manner the following marks will be used;
Boys:
Shot Put:38'
Discus:110'
Javelin:120'
Girls:
Shot Put:25'
Discus:85'
Javelin:75'
Additionally, with regard to time, the pole vault will
start immediately at 3:00 pm.Athletes
will not be allowed to take any more run-thrus or measure their steps after
3:00 pm.The girl's pole vault will
start exactly 30 minutes after the conclusion of the boy's pole vault.All girls pole vaulters will need to get
their steps and run-thrus done in the allotted 30 minutes.
