Date: Saturday, October 19, 2024 Campus will open at 7:00 am

COACHES' PACKETS WILL BE AT NE CORNER OF THE TRACK  7:45 - 12:00

No Runners allowed on course to warm up after 9:00am. 

This would interfere with the timing system

Teams:  Varsity Teams OnlyBox numbers are posted on your packet in the right top corner.

Bibs are to be pinned to the front of shirt.  Hip numbers pinned to right hip.

 Entry Fee:$80/team or $150/combined boys' and girl's teams.  Waived if you host Academy in a meet.All entries will be done on MileSplit. 

Entries will open on Sept. 30th & close on Oct. 17th @ noon.

 Runner Change forms:  These are available at check-in station.  Only accepted at least 20 minutes before the race.

 Parking:*Buses only - Parking @ Hoffmantown Church.  Everyone else parks anywhere it's available.

 Security:The table located East of the Concession Stand (Red & Black Shack) provides assistance to anyone needing it.

 Facilities:Porta-Potties will be available on the pathway north of the stadium/track pathway.

Restrooms are also below the football field (building on the pathway)

Gyms are not available.

Scoring:Each school allowed 9 entries per race

The first 7 runners will be scored for team purposes.

Fewer than 5 entries will be scored as individuals only.

Awards:Individual medals are given in the finish chute. 

Each Division  1st - 10th Medals  & 11th - 20th place ribbons

Team awards are handed out at the conclusion of the boys' race in each division. 

All top 3 girls and boys teams go on the infield at the end of the boys' race.

Each Division 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies

T-Shirts:  We will be selling meet shirts. Located by the concession stand.

 Spike Length:  Running spikes will be checked at the start line. The maximum length for spikes is  in pyramid. No spikes over inch or "Christmas tree" style will be allowed.  

 No practice on the course until the day of the meet.

 

Please try to depart when your team completes cool down and award presentations have been completed.  We are trying to keep parking available and easier for all attendees.
