Bob Jackson Invitational 2024

LOCATION: Watson Memorial Stadium (Hobbs HS Track), Hobbs, NM

COURSE: This is a flat 3.1 mile course on starting on the track, going to the grass, and finishing on the track. There are two road crossings.

ORDER OF RACES:

9:00 am - Varsity Boys

9:30 am - Varsity Girls

10:00 am - JV Boys

10:30 am - JV Girls

11:00 am - Middle School (boys & girls)

SCORING: Varsity race -  teams may enter 7 runners and your first 5 runners will score for your team. Runners 6 & 7 will be used as displacers and used for tie breaking. JV race - will be unlimited entries with same scoring format as Varsity. We will be using the card system as well as labels to score the meet. Coaches can pre-fill out your team labels. Labels (Athletes do not Wear) and cards will be turned into the scorer's table where team results will be calculated. Runners will receive a place card at the Finish which they will give to their coach. Coaches turn in your labels and place cards A.S.A.P. after each race. Results will be tabulated and emailed to you.

AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the top 15 in all races at the finish line

First and second place varsity teams will be awarded plaques

JV team champions will receive a plaque

TEAM CAMPS: Team camps can be placed in the stands

BUS PARKING: Buses will use the CTech parking lot

SPECTATOR PARKING: Spectators will use the the parking lot at Tasker

REGISTRATION: Registration opens August 12, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Please have your roster submitted on Milesplit by 10/11/24 by 6 pm.
