| Preliminaries: ( 3 ) Throws -- ( 3 ) Jumps Finals: Top 8 will advance and receive ( 3 ) additional throws -- jumps. | ||||||||||||
| • | All legal attempts will be measured and posted in front of the bleachers. | |||||||||||
| • | As per NFHS….warm-ups shall not be allowed unless supervised by an event official or the contestant's coach and only when the venue is declared open for warm-up/competition. | |||||||||||
| • | Coaches must have their pole vaulters weight verified and poles inspected before competition by event judge or meet referee. | |||||||||||
| • | Competitors excused to participate in another event must return within the designated time limit. | |||||||||||

| 100-200-400-100H-110H-300H will be heated slowest to fastest. | ||||||||||||
| 800-1600-3200 -- first heat will be the fast heat. | ||||||||||||
| Heat sheets will be posted on tables near the starting lines. | ||||||||||||

| Plaques will be given to the 1st and 2nd place teams per division. | ||||||||||||

| Miscellaneous Information | ||||||||||||
| • | Starting Blocks provided -- Only ¼" spikes or shorter to be used on track- runways. | |||||||||||
| • | NO camps on the football turf. Warm-up on the North end of the Field. | |||||||||||
| • | NO food or drink on the football turf. | |||||||||||
| • | Please help clean up your team's area/bleachers throughout and after the meet. | |||||||||||
| • | Coaches and athletes who are warming up for competition are only allowed on the football field, coaches please help keep athletes not competing and spectators off the field during running events. | |||||||||||
