Registration will be on milesplit.com and be closing on Thursday the 9th at 7 p.m.
We will be running in Fort Bayard.
Date: September 11, 2021
Where: Fort Bayard, NM
Time: 10:00 a.m. for first race, rolling start after.
Order of Events: Girls Varsity, Boys Varsity, Boys Open, Girls Open
Course: Asphalt, gravel trail, forest trail
Awards: Plaques - Varsity 1st, 2nd / Junior Varsity 1st;
Medals- Varsity 1st-10th / Junior Varsity 1st-5th
Coaches Meeting: 9:30 a.m
Due to construction at the Bataan Park, our normal course will not be available this year. Instead, we will be having our race in the old town of Fort Bayard. To get their, it is the same way as the Bataan Park, but instead of stopping at Bataan Park, keep straight. You will take a right at the stop sign by the hospital and if you keep going you will arrive at a big open grass area.
Our race will be the same course that Silver High School ran earlier in the season. That way, teams who were able to attend both can use this meet to see improvement since not many courses are exactly the same.
