ENTRY: Deadline for entries is Thursday June 10th 12:00pm.  We will be using MileSplit as our entry database system. Unlimited entries!. You can email or call Coach Esquibel with any questions @ 505-429-2798, or james_esquibel@wlvs.org   

SHOES: inch spikes or shorter, or flats will be allowed. Anyone using 

longer spikes will be disqualified.

LABELS: Will be used as a backup to the camera.

BLOCKS:Recommend schools provide their own blocks that are retrieved after each race by their team. 

RESULTS: Head Timer will be Greg Wayne Event Management. We will Give out medallions and ribbons after the event is scored.

SCORING: We will be scoring six places. Relays are 10,8,6,4,2,1. 

Individuals will be 7,5,4,3,2,1. 

LANE ASSIGNMENTS- Straight races 4, 3, 5, 2, 6, 1, 7. Curve races  3, 4, 5, 2, 6, 1, 7.

MEETING: 8:00 a.m. - WLV Field House

8:00 a.m. - Weigh in equipment at WLV near starting line 

9:00 a.m. - Field events Start

9:00 a.m - Running event 3200MRun

STARTING HEIGHTS High Jump Girls-4-0 Boys 5-0 Pole Vault Girls 5-0 Boys 8-0

FIELD EVENTS - 4JUMPS/THROWS, NO FINALS 60 minutes to complete all jumps/throws. Open Pit!

MASKS ARE MANDATORY:  Mask Violations in Track & Field - The first time a competitor is observed intentionally not covering his/her nose and mouth with their mask, the official will warn the competitor and notify the head coach that the competitor has been warned. The next time the competitor has his/her mask not covering his/her nose and mouth, the official shall enforce rule 4-3.

STATE QUALIFIERS- Meet director and meet official will verify the provisional qualifiers and submit results to NMAA and MileSplit.   

FACILITIES- Restrooms are located at the track. We do not have locker rooms for athletes to change due to COIVID restrictions.  Please ensure your athletes are practicing social distancing. 

RESTRICTIONS- Only inch spikes are allowed.  Anyone not following restrictions will be disqualified.  Competitors using profanity or demonstrating poor sportsmanship will be disqualified from their event and or possibly the meet.
