After another week of track & field action in New Mexico, it's time to vote for the MileSplit New Mexico boys performer of the week.

Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.
This Week's Nominees:
Jens Wald-Hopkins, Los Alamos High School (New Mexico): Swept the 200 and 400 at the Larry Baca Memorial Invitational with winning times of 21.47 and 48.16. Also took first in the 100 meters with a 10.91, capturing three individual victories across 200 athletes entered in his events.
Donnail Escudero, Organ Mountain High School (New Mexico): Double winner at the Mayfield John Mirimanian Invitational, clocking 48.41 in the 400 and 22.19 in the 200. Posted the second-fastest 400 time of the week among New Mexico athletes.
J'Quan Samuels, Menaul High School (New Mexico): Cleared 6-8 to win the high jump at the NMAA 2A District 02 meet, the top mark of the week in the state. Added a victory in the long jump with a leap of 21-7.5, plus placed second in the 200 (23.20) and third in the 100 (11.57).
Hershul Olloway, St. Pius X High School (New Mexico): Ran the fastest 100 meters of the week in New Mexico with a 10.68 victory at the APS Metro Championships. Followed up with a runner-up finish in the 200, posting 22.12 for the third-best time of the week.
Raymundo Lujan, Eldorado High School (New Mexico): Put together a dominant four-event performance at the APS Metro Championships, winning the 300 hurdles in 37.93 and the triple jump at 44-5. Also placed second in both the long jump (23-0) and 110 hurdles (15.15). The top sophomore in the state in all four events.
