Just a freshman, Gianna Rahmer (El Dorado HS), is the number one seed for distance runners in New Mexico. Rahmer has a combined 15:32.40 for both 3200m and 1600m run which earns her the top spot on the chart.
Contrary to the boys side, most of the New Mexico girls who rank on the Top 10 of this chart stem from different high schools throughout the state. Similar to the boys side, Rio Rancho HS again holds the most amount of spots in the Top 10 with two runners listed.
