2014 Rio Rancho Invitational – Big Performances on the Board

Great Friends of UNew Mexico Track and Field Stadium graciously hosted 23 of the biggest and best teams as they converged in the ABQ metro for a fun-filled day of intense competition at the site of our eventual state championship meet. In many ways, this meet served as a warning shot for the biggest guns, as each individual event contained some of the best competitors that New Mexico has to offer. On that note, many coaches were able to see a fair representation of each event, as each event was loaded with top quality contestants ready to strut their stuff on the state championship track. 
 
Luckily, the weather was relegated to background duties for most of the day. Most events were treated to fair conditions, with the wind truly being a factor only for the medley, 200, and 4x400. Ov...
