You cannot help but be drawn to the allure of 5A. These are, for the most part, the biggest teams and deepest squads. In addition, there are several outstanding coaches among the 5A ranks. It all adds up to great cross country.
No team has worn the label of "great cross country" better this fall than the Eldorado girls. While Jessie Hix and Cassey and Crissey Amberg have grabbed most of the headlines for this team, Eldorado doesn't win anythng without a 4 and a 5. Jessica DePoy and Coley Norcross have been extremely consistent in those positions all through the fall.
