It may not be good news for the rest of the state that the Albuquerque Academy boys are entering the state meet as the state's best-rested team. We'll see Saturday what it all means, but the Chargers go in as substantial favorites, rested or not.

The big three for AA, namely Kyle Carrozza, Kevin Wyss, and Jordan Lesansee, all took last weekend off. Meanwhile, the other varsity team members sharpened their saws by winning the district meet. It's been something of an roller coaster ride over last month for Coach Kedge's crew, but they are just about the last team you'd figure not to be ready when the big prize is on the line.
