Josiah MacInnis has a crazy come from behind finish to lead a string of Texas athletes to the top times at the meet in the 400m dash. His time of 48.65 ties for U.S. #18. Norman Grimes finished 2nd running U.S. #22 48.76, and Calahan Newsome finished 3rd running 49.08.
