Meet Information
The track meet will be held at Quemado Schools. Buses will park on the west end of the school in front of the new bus barn.
The scratch meeting will be held from 9:009:30 AM in the schools library (north end of the track). This will be scratch and replace only.
Implement weigh-in will take place from 9:009:30 AM at the bus barn. ( west side of the track)
The coaches meeting will be held at 9:30 AM in the library, immediately following the scratch meeting.
Junior High and Varsity entries are due on MileSplit by Wednesday the 23rd at 10:00 PM.
spikes or smaller are required on all surfaces.
Each team may enter up to 3 athletes per individual event and 1 relay team per relay event.
Long jump and triple jump athletes will be allowed 3 attempts with no finals. This will be an open pit format, and athletes are responsible for completing their attempts within the allotted time.
High jump and pole vault athletes who need to compete in a running event must return within 10 minutes after completing their race.
All throwing events (shot put, discus, and javelin) will allow 3 attempts with no finals. This will also be an open pit format, and athletes are responsible for completing their attempts within the allotted time.
Team awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the following divisions: HS Girls and HS Boys.
High Point Individual trophies will be awarded in the following divisions: HS Girl and HS Boy.
Medals will be awarded for 1st through 3rd place, and ribbons will be awarded for 4th through 6th place.
Locker rooms will not be available.
If entry numbers are low, events may be combined.
The library is for coaches only. No athletes will be allowed in this area.
Bathrooms are located down the hall. Please follow posted signs and enter through the side double doors.
Please keep athletes off the elementary playground equipment.
This is a peanut-free competition.
Concessions will be provided by Quemado Schools Athletics.
