We would like to invite you to the Clovis Relays, which will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2026
Please submit your entries to www.milesplit.com. No later than 5:00 pm on March 24, 2026.

We will follow the NMAA Rules and Regulations for Middle School Track
8 entries per event
Athletes can enter 4 events
Maximum 3 Running events per athlete
No More than 2 Running events may be over 400 Meters
1 Relay Team per School
Ribbons following the track meet. Coaches will need to go to the press box at the end of the event.
Field Event Information:
Discus- 3 Throws, No Finals
Shot Put- 3 Throws, No Finals
Long Jump- 3 Attempts, No Finals
Triple Jump- 3 Attempts, No Finals
High Jump- Starting Heights: Girls 38 and Boys 42- Bar raised in 2 increments
TAPE IS NOT ALLOWED TO COUNT STEPS, PLEASE BRING TENNIS BALLS
Scoring and Timing Information:
Individuals- 7,5,4,3,2,1
Relays- 10,8,6,4,2,1
Hand Timers will be used for the track meet
We will utilize stickers for each athlete
Facility and Check in Information:
Athletes are to remain in the bleachers if they are not preparing for the race
We will limit the usage of the football field as much as possible
No team camps on the football field and No Warm Ups on the field
Athletes will check it at the starting area of each race and will need sticker for each race
If an athlete has to leave a field event to race, please have the, notify event workers
TAPE IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE TRACK, PLEASE BRING TENNIS BALLS
NO PACING IS ALLOWED DURING RACES- It is an unfair act when a competitor receives any assistance. Assistance Includes: interference with another competitor, pacing by a teammate not in the race, or persons not participating in the event.
Buses will drop off athletes on the west side of the stadium and athletes will enter through the side gate between the concession stand and the bleachers.
No food or drinks are allowed on the field at any time. This includes athletes, coaches, and spectators. (Water for hydration is permitted but must be contained and disposed of properly.
No camping or staging on the field during track meets. Teams may not set up tents, chairs, coolers, or team areas on the turf.
Participants may only be on the field when actively warming up for an event or competing. Once finished, athletes must exit the field promptly.
- All equipment must be handled properly to avoid damage to the turf surface.
