Meet Information
Dear Track Coaches,
Attached are the meet schedule and entry forms for the Mario Martinez Qualifier Meet to be held on Saturday April 12, 2025. You may enter your athletes on milesplit.com. Entries are due by April 10, 2025. A concession stand will be available. If you wish to feed your athletes at the concession stand with a purchase order, please contact Lyndel Bonds @ (505) 353-2033.
1. There will be a fee of $50.00 per team.$50.00 per boys' team and $50.00 per girls' team.
2. You will NOT be able to add or substitute runners into a race at the scratch meeting.
3. Scratch meeting will be held in the south side of the field house from 8:00-9:00
4. Field events will begin at 9:00
5. Running Events will begin at 11:30
6. We will feed all the coaches and workers during the break.
7. There will be no locker rooms so please have your athletes come dressed.
8. All distance will be measured in meters.
9. All jumping and throwing events will be measured in feet/inches.
10. Starting blocks will be furnished but you are welcome to use your own.
11. Restrooms are located at the concession stand.
12. We will use a FAT Timing system to time the meeting.
13. AWARDS: Plaques will be given to: Team Champion, Team Runner-Up, High Point Individual (Girl), and High Point Individual (Boy).
14. This is a State Qualifying meet. Pick up packets in the press box.
15. Rules and events will follow NMAA & NFHS Guidelines
16. All- weather track measuring 400 meters. Short spikes only. Runways are all-weather. Shot/Discus rings are cement.
17. Please remind your athletes to not take hurdles out of our stacks set up for the hurdles.
