Teams Invited: Artesia, Carlsbad, Clovis, Dexter, East Mountain, Ft. Sumner, Goddard, Hobbs, Lovington, Portales, Roswell, & West Las Vegas
Location: ENMU Stadium, West University Drive.
Coaches: Please help us to keep your non-competing athletes off of the infield. Also, at the end of the meet, please have your athletes clean up the area where your camp has been established. Thank you.

Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd , and 3rd. Team plaques for 1st & 2nd both boys and girls.
Concession Stand: There will be a concession stand at the track meet.
Entries: You are allowed 3 entries for each individual event and one entry per relay event. Register your team on milesplit.com and input your entries. There will be no additions at the scratch meeting, only scratches.
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, April 10 at 5:00 p.m.
Field Events: 3 preliminary throws/take 8 to the finals with 3 additional throws. Minimums will be set for the field events. If a competitor does not meet the minimum standard, that attempt will not be measured. Minimums will be as follows:
Girls: Boys:
Shot Put 25 35
Discus 70 85
Javelin 75 100
Games committee: Head Coaches (or their designates)
Meet Directors: Quintin Wilson and Jeremy Berry
Meet Official: Jeremy Berry
Hip Numbers: Competitor Hip Numbers will be picked up at the south end of the football field.
Throwing Implements: Implement check in will be from 2:30 pm until 3:00 pm one the east side of the
stadium in front of the locker rooms.
Field Event Locations: Shot, Discus, & Javelin - will be held across the street, north of the football stadium
on the infield at the old track. (Discus & Shot North end. Javelin South End)
Pole Vault North end of Football Stadium.
Long and Triple Jumps on the east side of the Football Stadium in front of the
visiting bleachers. Triple jump on the north end and Long Jump on the south end.
High Jump South end of Football Stadium.
Parking: Please park team buses in the parking lot on the west side of the stadium. (Home side) There should be enough parking spaces for all of the busses.
Qualifiers: Check your provisional qualifiers before you leave.
Team Camps: Please make your team camps in the stadium bleachers.
Restrooms: Behind the east & west stands
Results and Awards: Will be picked up immediately following the meet in the press box. They will also be
posted on milesplit as soon as possible..
Scoring: Individual: 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Relays: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1
Spectators: Will be confined to the West side of the stadium bleachers (home side). No spectators will be
allowed in the infield.
Starting Blocks: Will be provided.
Timing: FAT
Warm-Up Area: On the infield, north of the 20-yard line. Do not congregate near the hip number table.
Athletes need to remain in the stands unless they are warming up for or competing in an event. We ask that everyone please help keep the infield clean by throwing away their own trash.
