Meet Information
Entry Fee per School: High School $100, Middle School $100. Payment (i.e. check, copy of Purchase Order) must be received prior to first event.
Location: Steven Gachupin Sports Complex
Coaches Meeting at 8:00 a.m.
Meet Schedule: Varsity Girls at 9:00 a.m., Varsity Boys at 9:30 a.m., JV Girls at 10:00 a.m., JV Boys at 10:30 a.m., MS Girls at 11:00 a.m., MS Boys at 11:30 a.m.
Team Parking: Teams are to be dropped off at the sports complex. All buses must park in the parking lot of Jemez Valley Public Schools (north of the sports complex). Do not park buses along Hwy 4.
Fan Parking: Vehicles parked along Hwy 4 must face the road way. Do not block any entry ways to private properties and/or businesses. Vehicles must yield to athletes during competition and remain off Hyw 4 during competition / when traffic is stopped.
Facilities: Concession stand and bathrooms available to the public. Hospitality room located within the Field House for Coaches. JVPS Cross Country Teams request that spectators refrain from the selling of goods (i.e. food, drinks, etc.) not associated with the fundraising efforts of the cross country teams. Please respect the fundraising efforts of our student-athletes.
