Teams Invited: Carlsbad, Roswell Goddard, NMMI, Portales & Loving, Clovis, Artesia, Lovington, East Mountain

Looks like as previously discussed, we will need a lot of assistance from the coaches in getting the field events run off. Don't be bashful. Same thing is going to happen at your place. Our Junior High staff doesn't get out of school prior to the beginning of the field events.

Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Plaques for 1st & 2nd Place
Concession Stand: None
Entry Site: Mile Split. Need to get registered
Entries: 3-Athletes per event.
Entry Deadline: Monday, April 4th @ 12:00am
Field Events: 6-Throws/Jumps prelims, 3-Jumps: Finals. Entry to finals....one more slot than teams entered. (If 5-teams, 6 finalist)
Games Committee: Head Coaches (or their designates)
Meet Directors: Carlsbad Coaches: Kent Hitchens and Charles Millar
Numbers: Competitor Numbers will be received at the south end of the football field.
Parking: Please park team buses across the street (north of the track), adjacent to the throwing areas. There should be enough room for all of the busses. Suburbans/private vehicles may park inside the gated area north of the stands.
Qualifiers: Check your qualifiers before you leave.
Restrooms: Behind the west stands
Referee: as provided by the NMAA
Results: Cannot be posted as usual. Will try to get them on line on at Mile Split web site.
Scoring: In accordance with a varsity 8+ team meet.
Spectators: Admission will be charged
Starting Blocks: Will be provided.
Timing: FAT
Warm-Up: On the infield, north of the 20-yard line. Please stay north of the 20 Yd. Line
Time Schedule: See below. Running events will begin rolling schedule.
Trainers: We will an athletic trainer assigned to the field house at the south end of the track.
