Meet Information
Date: Thursday, October 7
Packet pick up: 2:30 pm
Coaches meeting: 3:30 pm
Race schedule:
- 4:00 pm junior varsity boys (unlimited)
- 4:30 pm junior varsity girls (unlimited)
- 5:00 pm varsity boys (7 runners)(one team per school)
- 5:30 pm varsity girls (7 runners)(one team per school)
- 6:00 pm middle school race (2 miles)
Awards:
- Varsity boys and girls, medals to the top 15 (awarded in the finish chute).
- Junior varsity boys and girls, medals to the top 10 (awarded in the finish chute).
- Team plaques to the 1st and 2nd place varsity boys and girls teams.
- Team plaque for the 1st place JV teams
Rosters:
Please have your roster submitted by 10/5/21 by 6 pm.
Bus Parking:
- You can drop off your athletes on the road at the park but you will need to park your bus in the National Guard Armory parking lot which is just east of the park. As you turn off the Lovington Highway onto Jack Gomes Blvd. The Armory will be on your right.
Race Location:
- Harry McAdams park, which is located just North of Hobbs across the street from the Rock Winds Community Links.
Course: The course is mainly grass with some dirt, limited pavement crossings
