Entries -- Seven (7) runners will be allowed, and the top five (5) runners will be scored for team totals for the Varsity Races. Teams may entry an unlimited number of runners for the Junior Varsity Races. Schools with fewer than five (5) entries will be scored as individuals only.

Rosters -- Send an e-mail to sampsonsage@hotmail.com with athlete roster and team name on or before 3:00 pm, Monday, September 24. Only first and last names separated by gender (male and female on different list) are needed. We do not need school year or which race the athlete is running in. You may send the roster in the body of the e-mail, or as an attachment. If you forget someone we can add them on meet day, but need to limit this as much as possible.

Starting -- The number of boxes will depend of the teams attending, but there will be one per team / race, and no more than seven (7) runners for the Varsity Race. For the JV race, if needed, a second open line approximately five (5) yards behind the first line will be used for additional runners. This should reduce the congestion at the start and reduce possible injuries and re-starts. Teams boxes will be arranged Alphabetically from north to south.

Scoring -- Runners bibs with tear off numbers will be used for scoring all races. Make sure that all runners have correct number assigned to them.

Restrooms -- Restrooms will be available at the Amphitheater Pavilion

Athletic
Trainer -- An Athletic Trainer will be available during each race.

Hospitality -- A hospitality tent will be available for coaches and event staff.

Awards -- A team trophies will be awarded to the Champion and Runner-up Teams, individual medal recognition will be awarded to the Top 11-15 in the Varsity Races, and a technical running shirt to the Top 10 in the Varsity Races.
