It's always fast here. Maybe not always this fast, but the meet does have something of a reputation as a proving grounds.

If Eva Lou Edwards had any doubters left, she did them all in with a 17:41 on this course. Any way you slice it, dice it, or fry it, that's a great time. It also buried competition like Katie Lyons, Clarissa and Cleo Whiting, and Amber Scott. It takes a lot to make that group wonder why they showed up.
