After another week of track & field action in New Mexico, it's time to vote for the MileSplit New Mexico boys performer of the week.

Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.
This Week's Nominees:
Chigekwu Nwagbo, Sandia High School (New Mexico): Won the 100m at the Richard Harper Invite with a 10.49, defeating state-ranked sprinters Tanner Montano (10.79) and Isreal Nickols (10.80). Also competed in the 200m, running 22.86 for eighth place.
Tanner Montano, La Cueva High School (New Mexico): Turned in a strong triple at the Richard Harper Invite, winning the long jump with a leap of 23-3.5. Clocked 10.79 for third in the 100m and 21.90 for third in the 200m, beating state-ranked Isreal Nickols in the shorter sprint.
Moses Sparks, Sue Cleveland High School (New Mexico): Captured the shot put title at the Richard Harper Invite with a throw of 55-3. Also competed in the discus, placing fourth with a mark of 144-6.
Isreal Nickols, Atrisco Heritage Academy (New Mexico): Posted a winning time of 21.72 in the 200m at the Richard Harper Invite, beating state-ranked competitors Tanner Montano and Chigekwu Nwagbo. Ran 10.80 in the 100m for fourth place and also competed in the 400m, clocking 51.28.
Nicholas Ponte, ABQ Academy (New Mexico): Swept the distance events at the Richard Harper Invite, winning the 1600m in 4:16.67. Followed up with a runner-up finish in the 3200m, clocking 9:23.65.
