We're kicking things off with a newer face, Adelyn Harper (Albuquerque HS), a junior. Harper is the top athlete on these rankings after posting a 3:21.50 for the combined 800m & 400m events. This season she has been dedicating herself to the mid-distance double at all the meets she has attended.
Gianna Rahmer (El Dorado HS) again, cracking the Top 3 in both the distance and mid-distance rankings for New Mexico. The freshman is on the heels of Harper, mentioned above, with a very competitive 3:21.70 for the purpose of these mid-distance rankings. Rahmer, who is better known for her efforts in the longer distances, has only ran one 800m and one 400m this season.
