BOYS CANDIDATES
Adrian Mora (Hobbs HS)- A busy weekend over at the Gene Wells Relays. The junior went for a quadruple performance-day taking on the 300m hurdles, high jump, long jump, and triple jump. Set a new P.R in 2 events and won the 300m hurdles; still leads NM in the high jump.
Moses Sparks (Sue Cleveland HS)- The first appearance on the Performer of the Week poll for Sparks, the junior doubled at the Golden Spike Classic over the weekend. Sparks walked away with two golds, one in shot put and the other in discus.
Soren Annon (St. Michael's HS)- Doubled at the Golden Spike Classic in the 100m and the 110m hurdles. Took 3rd in the 100m but set a new P.R and also won the 110m hurdles nearly matching his season best from last week.
