The Los Alamos Hilltoppers have claimed the 2021 NMAA 4A State Track and Field Championships blue trophies after dominating performances by the girls' team and a closer finish in the boys' standings. The girls would accumulate a stellar 183.5 points to runner-up Artesia's 76.2 and ABQ Academy comes in at third with 44.20 points. The Girls high point athlete would be Los Alamos Bailey Yost with 23.5 points.

In a closer finish for the Hilltopper boys, they claimed 99 points to take home a blue trophy while ABQ Academy would be runner-up with 80 points and Lovington taking home third with 38 points. The boys high point athlete would none other than Los Alamos' Rafael Sanchez who accumulated 21 points coming from victories in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m.
