NMAA Updates on Actions taken for Summer Activities


The Board voted Friday that the NMAA will be regulating the 2020 summer activities that are usually regulating by the individual schools. All athletics and activities will need to be virtual until the next board meeting on May 28th. NMAA executive director Sally Marquez is hopeful that fall sports is still a possibility as they work closely with the Governor's office and the Public Education Department. At the moment they are focused on finding an safe and effective way coaches can work with athletes this summer.
