Torie Robinson, who starred at New Jersey's Winslow Twp High School, smashed the Clemson all-conditions school record in the 100-meter dash when she blasted an 11.16 to place fifth at the Texas Relays this past Saturday at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.

Robinson, a senior who came into the meet with a PR of 11.31, matched that time in Friday's first round before dropping her PR all the way down to a wind-aided 11.16, which broke Clemson's all-conditions record of 11.20 (non wind-aided) set in 2013 by Dezerea Bryant.

Robinson, a 2014 graduate of Winslow, had a remarkable high school career.

She won three Meet of Champions titles, the 400 hurdles in 2013, and the 55 dash and 100 dash in 2014. She also won four events (100, 200, 400 hurdles and 100 hurdles) at the 2014 state Group 3 meet to spark Winslow to the team title, and ran on Winslow's shuttle hurdle team that won the 2013 New Balance Indoor Nationals.
